Our Tuesday mornings have recently been set aside for Kids Connection at Chick-fil-A (Glenstone location). For those of you with households like mine, where everyone is up before the sun (or after you drop the older kids off at school and need to get some energy out of the littlest ones), come join us from 8:30 – 10:00 am! Kids enjoy a story at 8:30, followed by a craft related to the book, and a coloring sheet. Afterward, plan to stay to let the kids work out their wiggles in the play place, interact with other families, and get your FREE small drink (yep, entertainment for them, coffee for you!)
My kids absolutely love Tuesday mornings at Chick-fil-A. Miss Bev, the woman who reads the story and assists with crafts, is the sweetest, kindest, most helpful person you might meet all week. And I’ve grown to love going because my kids are learning, being creative, meeting new friends, and getting exercise, while I get to spend time with them and the other moms and dads who come. And, of course, breakfast is delicious if you want to grab some while you’re there. Plan to check it out – and we’ll see you there!
